i feel like i spent a fair bit of money on this stuff, and i rely on it now. Personally, losing access to my entire RE library would be devastating. The licensing is incredibly slow, sometimes it's fast, but usually slow - in the same regard the more time that is needed to complete the task the more chance there is of failing over and over. Expecting the Authorizer to download all my 100+ REs is something I am certain would cause me issues pretty much exactly the same as the OP, I would be completely without REs until I resolved the problem. What I have noticed is that a 5 mb RE is going to download a thousand times easier that a 2Gb RE which will fail over and over in the time it takes for it to download.
I am pretty familiar with Authorizer issues. So manually updating one RE at a time (that have updates) alleviates the issue? I might try that going forward. That said, my issues with server/license sync and downloading RE's seem to be pretty rare. Using "Sync All" has been literally the only way that I have updated my RE's since they came out on Day 1.
